Sylvie Van der Vaart is close to the top of my list of desirable WAGS. Mrs. Rafael Van der Vaart recently had a battle with breast cancer but seems to be fine after she had lumps removed from her breast. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy and we want to wish her all the best.

Oh yeah here is recent quote from her husband Rafael Van der Vaart, “When I look at her, I think to myself ‘I did pretty damn good to manage to get her!”
