David Beckham Cupid Tattoo

David Beckham has made an addition to his collection of ink. His newest creation, located on the outside of his left bicep, is taken from a Renaissance painting by Italian artist, Francesco Francia. It depicts Cupid caring his wife, Psyche, up to the heavens.

From experience I have to say that tattoos can be quite addicting. I am extremely far from where David is in terms of ink but I have to say that at least he puts some meaning behind what he puts on his body. Too many times I see footballer’s with completely irrelevant tatoo’s that can’t have any sort of meaning to them. It is basically a tattoo for the sake of having one.
