Brazil squad announced for U.S. friendly

Mano Menezes is officially the new coach of Brazil’s National team, and after giving an interview he announced the 22 players that will play a friendly against USA on August 10th in New Jersey. At first he will use mostly players that are playing in Brazil(with no restrictions with players that are playing in other countries), and according to CBF, Mano’s mission as the coach will be to renew the squad. You can’t ask for a better post World Cup match up to keep the American public engaged!

Full squad: 
Goalkeepers: Jefferson (Botafogo), Renan(Avaí), Victor (Grêmio)

Defenders: Henrique (Racing Santander), Rafael (Manchester United), Rever (Atlético Mineiro), Thiago Silva (Milan), David Luiz (Benfica), André Santos (Fenerbahçe), Daniel Alves (Barcelona), Marcelo (Real Madrid)

Midfielders: Ederson (Lyon), Carlos Eduardo (Hoffenheim), Ganso (Santos), Hernanes (São Paulo), Lucas (Liverpool),  Ramires (Benfica), Sandro (Internacional), Jucilei (Corinthians)

Forwards: Diego Tardelli (Atlético Mineiro), Neymar (Santos), Robinho (Santos), Pato (Milan), André (Santos)
