From Madrid to London… seems like a sideways move. Spurs manager, Harry Redknapp, revealed yesterday that the club had only open talks for Van der Vaart at 4pm. (Transfer window closed at 6PM yesterday) “…I thought he was going to Bayern Munich for about £18m and suddenly he became an awful lot cheaper and the chairman came to me and said: ‘Look, he’s available for around about £8m.’

“I felt we’d already got a good squad, it wasn’t a case of really being desperate to get anyone in. It was only when he rung me at about four o’clock and told me there was an opportunity here and did I want to do something?…I said: ‘I don’t really want to spend your money but if you feel you want to have a go then, well, let’s push on and give it a crack and see if we can pull it off.’”

What can we say? Everyone that visits this site on a regular basis knows that I love anything the Sylvie does.

The picture says everything. According to Kickette she scored an impressive 26 points with her partner in the early stages of the physically demanding competition. At least someone in that family is scoring!

I may be biased, as I am a huge Sylvie fan, but I think the new look does her well. I mean let’s face it she has a great face and it doesn’t matter what you really do with the hair if you have a face like that. What do all of you think of the new Sylvie Van der Vaart?

I don’t think we could like Sylvie Van der Vaart more but she just keeps surprising us. Recently she was asked about flirting and said:

“I don’t like the thought of drinking a wine with somebody and that he might get the feeling he stands a chance.”

Not only is she stunning, she is also a classy woman that is good to her man. No BS flirting it’s all about Rafael, as it should be. No one wants to deal with the high maintenance women that wants attention from everyone all the time. Well done Sylvie, you are top notch.

Sylvie Van der Vaart is close to the top of my list of desirable WAGS. Mrs. Rafael Van der Vaart recently had a battle with breast cancer but seems to be fine after she had lumps removed from her breast. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy and we want to wish her all the best.

Oh yeah here is recent quote from her husband Rafael Van der Vaart, “When I look at her, I think to myself ‘I did pretty damn good to manage to get her!”
